Enable or disable minor ticks. Unless
minorTickInterval is set, the tick
interval is calculated as a fifth of the tickInterval.
On a logarithmic axis, minor ticks are laid out based on a best guess, attempting to enter approximately 5 minor ticks between each major tick.
Prior to v6.0.0, ticks were unabled in auto layout by setting
minorTickInterval to "auto".
